Who can train?
Training is suitable for most people regardless of current fitness. Please discuss any concerns and all existing conditions (e.g. Asthma) with the instructor prior to starting the first class. Parents/Guardians of children aged 3.5-6 should inquire about a Kids TKD Trial. Please note that places are limited and the accompanying adult is required to stay during the class. Swift Fox TKD does not normally admit students under the age of seven for Junior Taekwon-Do classes. Exception may be made at the sole discretion of the instructor if in their opinion the child demonstrates the maturity and concentration necessary to attend.
